on wednesday buxton turned 18 months old. the picture below defines this age to a tee. this is buxton's immediate "go-to" when he doesn't get what he wants. his vocabulary has also exploded in the last few weeks and it's so amazing to witness this. trucks are still his #1 obsession and i don't see this changing anytime soon. he literally talks about trucks everyday, almost every hour of the day.
wednesday night was our monthly wc girls dinner night, this time at sallie's. i knew that all 7 of us would be there so i brought my camera for a photo op. amy is so beautiful without hair and i'm sure that many people that don't know her think she is just a free spirited lady that likes to be bald. this is because she doesn't look sick at all, and the big C hasn't affected her awesome personality or cheerful spirit in the least. amy has another round of chemo this monday so please pray for her to handle it well. please also pray for answers to all the questions about the next steps in her treatment.
on friday we spent some QT with jenn and wynn. i only got a couple shots but this one captures wynnie's sweetness and beauty i think:

and here is my belly at 34 weeks. yes, it's gotten really big! i'm very interested to see what my belly is measuring compared to buxton at this stage. i hope to get an answer at my appt on tuesday. i'm still thinking this baby girl is going to be big like her brother.
a few weeks ago i started talking about the baby in my belly with buxton. i really think he gets it and is always eager to "kiss the baby". he'll only "kisses the baby" if my shirt is pulled up though. see him trying to lift it up:

I cannot believe Buxton is 18mos, which means Beckett is 17mos....what?!?! Out little boys are growing up fast. What a sweetie Buxton is. I love the picture of him kissing your tummy, so so sweet! Lots of prayers for your friend and I will definitely keep her in my heart on the 3day this year in ATL. Lots of love to you mama, you look so great!!
